Wet Scrubbers

Emerald Wet Scrubbers are used to eliminate the polluted air which comes out from kitchen of hotel, restaurant, etc. The polluted air which is harmful to health, environment is treated in such a fashion that it removes oil, grease & carbon particles & provides fresh air to the environment.

Wet Scrubber shall be single/double modular, Draw type comprising various sections such as mixing chambers, spray sections, filter section, fan section, mist elimination etc. Frame work for each section shall be 25mm thick. These panels shall be joined together in the frame work. In case of double skin the panels are puff injected.

Fan Section

The fans shall be imported forward / backward curved DIDW type duly statically & dynamically balanced along with TEFC sq. Cage induction motor & with drive arrangements. The fan & motor with drive arrangements. The fan & motor shall be placed on common channel base with spring isolators/ cushy foot mounts to eliminate the vibration.

Spray Section

The Wet Scrubber spray section shall consist of two bank spray system with PVC eliminations to avoid any water carryover. Sump shall be of 18g stainless steel. All necessary connections like drain, make up overflow etc. are provided.

Filter Section

The filter section consists of washable prefilters made out of alluminium frame.

Grease filter and carbon filters are also provided (as per client requirement).
