PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIERS
Emerald Pan Type Humidifiers are closed type & connected to the supply air duct
for introduction of steam as when required.
These are available in two Models.
-
Floor Mounted Pan Type Humidifier.
-
Wall Mounted Pan Type Humidifier.
Construction
Main body made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet SS-304, having connections
of quick fill, make up, over flow, drain & steam outlet. A sight glass of 75
mm dia x 12 mm thick is provided to check water level (optional Feature). The top cover is operable
for access to the inside to Humidifier for servicing. A flood light is also provided
inside the tank for better visibility of water level (optional Feature); where as the body of humidifier
is Air Tight and leak proof. Finally Humidifier is insulated with fiber glass 25
mm thick density 32kg/m3 and
then cladded with 0.8mm thick aluminum sheet.
The humidifier is divided in two chambers from inside, one bank of 1 kW heater is
always kept on to maintain temperature of water between 60C to 70C. the other
bank gets on when it receives signal from humidistat, while humidity is required.
Required steam comes out from outlet of humidifier with in few minutes.
Panel
Electrical panel made out of 16G. CRC sheet and painted glossy white from inside
and powder coated out side orange color. Panel has MCB, Low level cutout, heating
thermostat, heaters etc. and internally wired, capacity available from 1 kW to 48
kW. A table of water evaporation is given below.
