WAFER TYPE SWING CHECK PLATE SERIES EWTSP-001
Check valves model EWTSP-001 is primarily a single plate swing check valve
with a short pattern wafer body. The MS Body is robust construction with good
performance. The low inertia Disc Plate design enables the valve to open or
close with a very low differential pressure. The eccentric disc shaft in
combination with the Disc seat guarantees a positive shutoff at the material
liquid.
The valves are suitable for mounting between mating flanges on the associated
welded pipeline. No Gasket is needed in between mating flanges. O-Ring is
provided on both sides of the check valve to eliminate the leakage. A handle is
also provided on the top for easy installation. Valve is seated at a 15° inclination.

BUTTERFLY VALVE DULY RUBBER LINED SERIES BVRL-003
Emerald valves are designed to meet the demanding requirements of the
general utility valve market with the HVAC segment in particular. BVRL-003 is a
truly & tight valve, which requires minimal maintenance.
The body liner (which also functions as the soft seat) comes in an integrally
molded (bonded) version and offers 100% bi-directional sealing against
vacuum to rated pressures of PN-10. The wafer style body has universal design
to fit between pipe flanges of almost all popular flange standards.

DUAL PLATE SWING CHECK VALVE SERIES DPSC-002
The dual plate check valve is a swing valve uniquely designed for allpurpose
non-return valve (NRV) applications.
The constructional feature makes the valve much smaller in size, lighter in
weight & makes it much more feasible in operation as compared to
conventional swing check valves.
The dual plate swing check valve employs dual spring-loaded plates/discs
hinged on a central hinge pin. It operates on the differential pressure
between fluid flow pressure & spring tension pressure. As the flow
pressure reduces, the plates tend to close with a cushion effect by spring
tension force, thereby restricting the reversal of fluid flow.
