Construction
Main body made out of 2mm thick stainless steel sheet SS-304.
Quick fill, make up, overflow, drain, and steam outlet connections.
Sight glass (75mm dia × 12mm thick) to check water level.
Hinged top cover for easy access and servicing.
A flood light is also provided for better visibility inside.
Inner body: Air-tight and leak-proof.
Final insulation: 25mm thick fiberglass (32kg/m³ density) + 0.8 mm thick
aluminium cladding.
Humidifier Working.
Internally divided into two chambers.
Chamber 1: 1KW heater maintains temperature between 60°C to 70°C.
Chamber 2: Activates when it receives a signal from humidistat.
Steam is generated and exits via outlet in a few minutes.
Panel
Electrical panel made from 16G CRC sheet.
Painted glossy white finish with powder-coated orange outer color.
Includes: MCB, low-level cutoff, heater selector, thermostat, indicators, etc.
Capacity range: 1 KW to 48 KW.
