Construction: 
Cast Iron CI-260 / M.S. IS:2062.
Top Flange Openable Filter Element (can be replaced without disconnecting pipe line).
Filter Element: Stainless Steel - SS-304 / Brass / Bronze.
A permanent magnet is also provided on demand.
Pressurating: 14 kg/cm² to 21 kg/cm².
Table E Flanges are provided at INLET & OUTLET connections.

Y-Type Strainers (Series-EYSM-105)

Construction:
Cast Iron CI-260 / M.S. IS:2062.
Top Flange Openable, Filter Element can be replaced without Disconnecting Pipe Line.
Filter Element: Stainless Steel - SS-304 / Brass / Bronze.
Permanent magnet available on demand.
Pressurating: 14 kg/cm² to 21 kg/cm².

Application:

Used to protect control valves, water meters, pumps, steam & measuring equipment & HVAC, etc. Pressure rating: 21 kg/cm²

Material:

Series - SSPL-107

Y-Strainers are fabricated out of M.S. 'C' Class pipe (two sizes higher than that of strainers pipe size).

Magnetic Plug: Permanent type provided to attract iron particles.

Filter: Stainless Steel SS-304 (non-magnetic), 0.6 mm thickness, 3 mm perforation holes.

These Y-Strainers are larger in size than Simplex Strainers (Series EYM-105) to minimize pressure drop and offer more filtration area than the standard design.

Pressure Rating: 150 PSI to 300 PSI (10 kg/cm² to 21 kg/cm²).

Y-Type Bronze Strainers (Series-EBYS-103)

Self Cleaning Pot Strainers-Cum-Sediment Seprators(Series- SSPL-106)

: MILD STEEL IS-226, Top Flange openable, Filter elements can be replaced without Disconnecting Pipe Line, Filter element of stainless steel SS -304, 1mm THK having 3 mm perforation, 40 mesh per sqinch. A powerfull Magnet is provided to attract Iron particals. BS-10 Flanges are provided at Inlet & Outlet connection for Servicing point of view arrangement of the upper lid & to put on the desirable position is provided with the help of Bearing Arrangements.

Pressure Test 21 kg/cm2. The pot strainers cum sediment separators are fabricated.

Y- Strainers (Series-SSPL-107)

Specification of Y Strainer for Air Handling Unit (SERIES - SSPL-107)

"Y" Strainer is fabricated out of MS 'C' class pipe two sizes higher than that of strainer pipe size. Flanges as per B.S. 10 are provided at inlet and outlet connections. The body is pressure tested at 16 BAR and hot dip galvanized. Permanent magnet is provided in the body of the Y Strainer to arrest MS particles. Filter element is non-magnetic 20 gauge SS sheet with 3mm perforation. Strainers are provided at inlet and outlet of Air Handling Unit.

Strainer Cum Dust Free Water Through a Single Unit.

Solution

Series EAR-107 removes iron particles & dust from the system using a combined solution.

Application:

EAR series strainers have five media filter elements of varying mesh sizes for better water filtration before commissioning.

Recommended process:

Start with low mesh filters.

Gradually shift to higher mesh for cleaner water.

Final filter (03 mm perforation / 40 mesh) is recommended for long-term system operation.

Filters are repeatable after cleaning and reusing.

Groove Type Strainers (Victaulic Type)

Series EEGS-111 In this series welding of flanges at both ends connections is not required. A rigid coupling (Having a pair of coupling) is installed at a inlet and outlet connections with help of high tensile nuts and bolts it stands pressure upto 21kg/cm2. Duplex-Type Strainers (Series-EDPS-108)

The range of Duplex strainers are available from 50 NB to 300NB can be used for the fine filtering of almost. For fluids and gases, its features are very high performance, low way, compact and easy cleaning. Construction: The duplex strainer consists of two identicle strainers which can be operated alternatively on in parallel by means of a change over device. The duplex strainer prevents shut down of a plant. All duplex strainer are constructed from MS IS 2062. The change over device an interaly new design. The design is totally indigeneros & developed first time by EMERALD in INDIA. Pressure Rating: 0-14 kg/cm2 Air relief Devices: Brass/Bronze Filter Element: Stainless steel Grade SS-304 with 3mm perforation having 40 mesh per sq inch of 0.6mm thick, 1mm wooven wire material of SS can be also provided for fine filteration.
